Cathy is a licensed massage therapist licensed in the state of Illinois and has over 20 years of experience.  She is a member of ABMP and specializes in therapeutic, deep tissue, myofascial release, prenatal and swedish/relaxation massage.  She is also trained in hot stone, parasympathetic neuromuscular, cupping, and reflexology and continues to expand her modalities through continuing education.  Her passion for helping people drives her to learn new techniques that best meet her clients' needs.  With her additional experience in lymphatic drainage, joint mobilization and trigger point therapies, she is able to customize each service by providing a combination of massage techniques to be the most therapeutic based on individual needs.

 

Raven has been a licensed massage therapist since 2020. She specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Hot Stone massage.
